Hi ,I am facing issue whenc9nnect extender with my router ,it is showing connected with no Internet, so it is not working for me

May I know what the model number of your device is? Please refer to How to find the model number of your TP-Link device 

If it is your first time to use the Range extender and need to configure it, please refer to How to set up a TP-Link Range Extender.
