Hi, welcome to the community.
Can you add more details, that "The device will slow down the data flow"? Do you mean some devices have a slow speed when connecting to the Deco WiFi?
The offline list can't be turned off, and we can only remove all the offline clients.
Can you also share some screenshots of the network map, such as:
