Model: Archer AX73
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20250717 rel.40826

My router frequently disconnects and reboots after upgrading to this version, after upgrading it cannot be downgraded, the old version was really stable, now my router is unplugged and I don't want to use it anymore, I have contacted TP-Link and emailed them for support but there is no response, thinking back, I spent the money to buy the router is really worth it ???

Hello @taolacanhsat ,

Welcome to our community.

May I know if your network topology diagram is as follows:

ISP modem—AX53 )))((( client devices

(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )

When the network drops, will the internet light turn red? Can you still log in to the management page of the router?

Please check the IP address of the router under the Status page, and see if it is blank or changing.

In addition, the tech team has been made aware of your case; they will likely reach out to you via email to continue troubleshooting. Please check your email inbox and confirm.

  @Joseph-TP

yes, when the internet connection is lost, the red light is on, but I can still log into the router management page normally and the IP address is empty
