Hello, I have a Modem/Router Archer D9 V1 and I have a problem after upgrading Firmware to version Archer_D9_v1_150826.
After upgrade and Reboot Router or after Factory Restore of Router, DDNS with Noip not function (always status Connecting) while with Dyn DNS function (status Success).
I run Firmware downgrade to version Archer_D9_v1_150514 but problem continue.
I hope that your help resolve my problem.

Hi,
I have exactly same issue with model TD-W8970 v3 with latest firmware.
I also tried to remove any special characters from my password (only letters and numbers) but still same issue...alwais in connecting and after as not connected.
No one found a solution for this?

what I got from technical support is:
try to enable also a DynDNS service (even if not existent DynDNS account)

Ciao anche io ho questo problema. DDNS no-ip non funziona piu'! Il problema è che se inserisci qualsiasi parola come user, pwd e host lui rimane in connecting... non controlla neanche se hai inserito credenziali errate. invece dyndns ti da Autentication failed se sbagli. Quindi il mio dubbio è che Tp-link ha disabilitato l'uso di No.ip. Io le ho provate tutte: 3 versioni FW, nuova registrazione in no-ip. differenti pwd semplici e corte,.... ma niente da fare. Sono convinto che quando clicchi sul tasto login e hai selezionato no-ip il modem non faccia niente!
Qualcuno ha risolto questo problema?

I don't think is ISP problem since if I use no-ip on my webcam firmware ddns it works, while if use on my TP-LINK Router it doesn't work.
So I think is more TP-link issue.
TP-link replied me to try enabling both dyndns (even with fake account) and at same also no-ip ddns account.
I didn't try since I solved using ddns on my webcam. But maybe some of you would like to try

Try use google dns 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. I have resolved on my rooter insert dns google.
