I have tp-link av1300 which was working fine until recently. The adapter and extender will now not pair. I have tried disconnecting modem, resetting extenders, bringing into same room all of which did not work. How do I re-pair?

Hello @Alan59,

Welcome to our community.

May I know what the model number of your device is? Please refer to

How to find the model number of your TP-Link device

How to find the hardware version on a TP-Link device

It is recommended that you hard reset the powerline system:

For the models which start with TL-PAxxxx, press and hold the Pair button for 15s until all LEDs turn off and then come back on.

For models beginning with TL-WPAxxxx, press and hold the Reset button for 10s. Release the button and all LEDs turn off. When the LEDs turn back on, the reset process is complete.

Then please pair them again.
