Deco x50 COU 100%
I have an x50 as a main router plus an indoor x50 and an outdoor x50 wire connected.
Have about 20-25 clients on 3 networks (main wifi, guest, iot) but the main deco has 100% cpu usage constantly and 70%+ memory. It for a year (since my unanswered and closed post bt tplink), but since a few days the network is not working well, it can not serve the clients which means the lack of internet in the whole house. Meanwhile the internet providers router (which is connected to the main deco) has a stable uplink to the provider and also has its own wifi working...
Dear tplink, please provide a solution very very quick, else my lawyer will send you a letter because these x50s are quite expensive not to work well.

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.
Can I have some screenshots of the Deco network map, such as:
"since a few days the network is not working well, it can not serve the clients which means the lack of internet in the whole house. "
Do you mean all mobile devices get disconnected and fail to connect to Deco WiFi?
Have you also seen Deco turned red?
Will the connection get restored after manually restarting the Deco?
It would be highly appreciated if you could add more details about what issues you're experiencing when the CPU load is nearly 100%.
In the meantime, I'll follow up on your case via email. Please check whether you can receive my email later.
Best regards.

It means, that the wifi looks working, the clients are connected (and also a the wired devices), but there is no connection between the devices, I can not even reach my internal NAS and also no connection to the internet.
The main Deco (The Boss) is ON, but many times the Living room looses the wired connection to the Boss and switches to a wireless connection to the Garden AP.
Most of the times after a few minutes the connection comes back for a while automatically. The manual restart solve the problem for an ahour or a bit more, but after a while the same situation starts.
I am checking many times a day the CPU load, but 90% of them the CPU is 100%.

Hi, thank you very much for the update.
Did you receive my email?
I didn't have any other suggestions, and the case has been escalated to the senior engineer for further assistance.
It is suggested to check the email later for further assistance.
Best regards.
