Dear All,

Have the following challenge - any activity unsuccessful so far.

At Administrator: Pls. do not hesitate to move this to the appropriate group if wrong here.

Setup is as follows (see also screenshot):

  1. Router TP Link ER8411
  2. Switches as displayed
  3. Omada controller version 5.15.24.18

Want to setup a dedicated network for VoIP and have followed the manuals and hints to create a VoIP-VLAN.

Have created a specific VLAN and have assigned it to the SFP/WAN3 port exclusively. Where my configuration attempts do come to stop is when I try to assign the VLAN to a Voice Network in the Switch Profile. The option to make the new VLAN a voice network is simply greyed out, also all other options are not editable.

I, however, can make any of my other VLANs a voice network.

Did I overlook something?

Thanks!

Br's Thomas
