deco app on iphone or ipad not working
Hello,
since last update thé iphone or ipad app open fine after installation but at consecutive opening no windows opens. Have to reinstall if I want toi access my decos

Hi, can I have the model number as well as the firmware version of your Deco?
In order to manage Deco, I'm afraid we have to install the Deco APP.
Is there any chance that you can record a video clip of the following process:

@David-TP My deco set-up si made of 3 XE75 and 1 XE50 outdoor. thé App is 3.9.209
XE75 firmware 1.4.3 build 20240926 rel. 38336
XE50 firmware 1.3.0 build 20250718 rel. 43619

The Deco APP on the mobile phone behaves the same as the APP on the iPad, "crashed as soon as you click it", right?
I see you can log into the mobile APP to save a screenshot of "Network APP," so I guess this issue randomly started. How often did you usually run into this issue?

For thé screen shoot I deleted and reinstalled thé app as it was OK first run. I did'nt activate face id and it worked ok several times. It started to work fine again on both ipad end iphone (both on OS 26).
Since 11 am today seems to work (even after reactivating face id) ????
