My Deco M5's SSID keeps reverting to the First SSID that I created at initial setup

i Friends,
I am facing a wierd situation. My Deco M5's SSID keeps reverting to the First SSID that I created during my first setup after the unboxing of device.
I gave SSID "ABCDE" when i first setup my mesh routers. I have 1 main Deco M5 and 1 satellite Deco M5.
After few months, i had to reset the device. I have reset both devices and configured again this time giving SSID as "QWERTy"
However, with in 10 minutes, "QWERTY" completely disappeared and "ABCDE" came back. This is happening mutiple times and is quite frustrating
I know how to reset the device and have done this step few times. The firmware is also up to date
Please assist

Hi, welcome to the community.
Were the Deco M5 units provided by the ISP, as the current firmware seems to be a locally customized version?
Have you tried to manually reset both Deco M5 units before: hold the reset pinhole for 1s?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

I'm not sure whether firmware recovery helps. But there is no firmware bin download link for the ISP-customized version, so when the Deco M5 is in recovery mode, there is no firmware available to upload to the TFTP recovery tool.
@RamGopi , I think you can contact the ISP to see if there is any new firmware for an upgrade, as the standard model has been updated to the 1.9.0 version.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

Hi @David-TP ,
Thank you for your quick responses
I have got some information from my ISP about teh working of this Mesh router. They have informed me that they save the SSID information on their servers so that they can troubleshoot if we raise any issue / ticket with them. Even if reset the router and Change the SSID, the server will revert it to the initial one that we created.
However, i was not convinced as i have not connected te mesh routers to internet directly. I have TP Link Archer router , Which was also provided by ISP when i took connection. That is connected to Internet and working fine. However, they provided Mesh router as part of upgraded plan and this is connected to Archer router.. They may not have acces to Mesh's SSID and they do not have my Mesh's SSID in their records. They have only my Archer's SSID.
****I have few clarifications****
1. Will the settings be saved with the login that we used to login to teh device?
2. Are these conflicting and causing issue when i reset the router and use the same login?
3. Can the firmware be completely re-imaged in Service center to the TP Link Firmware instead of the one customized to my ISP?
****Testing a new approach******
1 I have personal E4R set. I have made one of the devices as Matser and 1 Deco M5 device as satellite. Its almost 3 hours after i set it up. The SSID has not reverted to old one. Keeping fingers crossed.
Will keep you posted.
Sorry for Lengthy message
