Is TP-Link HomeShield available in New Zealand
Hi,
I am trying to find a more advanced parental controls system than the basic one built into the Deco X10.
I hear there is TP-Link HomeShield, but cannot see it in the admin panel for this device.
Is it available in New Zealand?
Or is there an alternative?

HomeShield is available in New Zealand.
Can I have the firmware version of your Deco X10?
It needs to be updated to the 1.1.7 version or higher to support HomeShield.

It is actually the X20 model. I checked the firmware version and it says it is 1.5.3 Build 20231226
If HomeShield is available then can I ask where it is?

While Deco X20_V1.2/V1.0_1.5.3 doesn't support HomeShield, it uses the HomeCare Service kit.V3 and higher support HomeShield service.
The main Deco decides whether the Mesh network uses the HomeCare or HomeShield service. If you plan to add an extra HomeShield model as the main Deco, you will be able to enjoy the HomeShield service.
