Archer C64 (US) V1 – No Firmware Updates After 1.13.15?
Hi TP-Link Team and Community,
I’m currently using the Archer C64 (US) V1 router, and I’ve noticed that the latest firmware listed on the BD support page is 1.13.15 Build 240812 Rel.53634n(5553). Meanwhile, other regions like Vietnam and the EU have already received newer versions—such as 1.15.0 Build 250729—which include several valuable features like:
-
EasyMesh support
-
Auto Update
-
TP-Link ID in AP mode
-
Improved security and parental controls
It’s a bit concerning that the US version seems to be lagging behind. Is there a reason for this delay? Are these updates planned for the US release, or are there regional restrictions we should be aware of?
Would really appreciate any insights from TP-Link staff or fellow users who might have more information. Thanks in advance!

On the BD support page there are only EU firmware region releases - here.
Are you sure that your C64 is with the US region FW ? You can check that on its bottom sticker - details.
If it's with a US region FW, my guess is that a new release would be available at some point in time.
But if it's with an EU region firmware, you can use the global english support page to get the latest release.

@terziyski I have checked the bottom sticker. US is mentioned there.

@terziyski I have checked the bottom sticker, US is mentioned there. But I couldn't find the latest firmware for this. And I recently talked to TP-Link local support they told me EU version of this router is not distributed in BD.

@terziyski I have checked Indian and US support portals both not listed Archer C64. That's strange!

@terziyski Brazillian support page has the US version firmware but not the latest one.

As i wrote, it's not there because most probably it wasn't released yet - you should keep an eye on these pages and when it's ready, TP-Link will publish it.
The fastest way to get the latest release though is the auto-update feature in the router WebGUI - when it is released, it will appear there first.

@terziyski Got the update. Thank you for your support and I would like to make a feature request that is to add DNS over TLS (DoT) option alongside DNS over HTTPS (DoH) which is already available. And I found a bufferbloat issue in wireless connection specially during upload active time.
