Your HomeShield Subscription Service is not applied yet
Every time I log into the Decco app, there is a pop up saying "Your HomeShield Subscription Service is not applied yet" I then have to "Select Network", then I have to "confirm" the selection, and then there is then another pop up saying successful. I have had a subscription for a couple years now but in the last month, I have to go through this process every time I open the app for it to work.
Equipment: Decco AX5700
Firmware Version 1.4.0 Build 20250102
App version 3.9.109
What have I tried so far:
- Tried to updated the app (was already at the latest version)
- Uinstalled the app
- Reinstalled the app
- checked local network access permissions
- Disable your phone's cellular data connection.
- Log out of and then log back into the TP-Link app.
- Connect to your home Wi-Fi network and try opening the app again.
- confirmed my VNP was off
- Disabled firewall
- Cleared the apps data and cache
- Any Ideas are greatly appreciated.
