Model: Deco  
Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: 1.4.0

Every time I log into the Decco app, there is a pop up saying "Your HomeShield Subscription Service is not applied yet"  I then have to "Select Network", then I have to "confirm" the selection, and then there is then another pop up saying successful.  I have had a subscription for a couple years now but in the last month, I have to go through this process every time I open the app for it to work.

 

Equipment: Decco AX5700

Firmware Version 1.4.0 Build 20250102

App version 3.9.109

 

What have I tried so far:

  • Tried to updated the app (was already at the latest version)
  • Uinstalled the app
  • Reinstalled the app
  • checked local network access permissions
  • Disable your phone's cellular data connection.
    • Log out of and then log back into the TP-Link app.
    • Connect to your home Wi-Fi network and try opening the app again.
  • confirmed my VNP was off
  • Disabled firewall
  • Cleared the apps data and cache

 

  • Any Ideas are greatly appreciated.

Have you tried referring to this link to submit the Deco APP log:

How to submit Deco APP log

(If you have already submitted the APP log, can I have the support ticket ID?)
