By the way, does your mobile phone use Finnish?

In the "Support Center" section,

The module names follow the language of the mobile phone, so the "FAQs" and "Visit Community" are localized.

While the default content of FAQs and their categories is the English version. If the local support team has made further translation, it will cover the default English Version. If there isn't, the users will still find the default English version.

The APP logs have been forwarded to the senior engineer for further analysis.

I was also confused about these two lines. Initially, I thought these two sections might be the default modules of the Deco APP. Later, I changed the phone language to Finnish, and the whole Support Center is English.
