Hi

 

I bought the feature Parental Control, but I`m facing some issue with block apps (to not allow internet access)

For example I have (2 devices) Samsung TV and Chromecast and would like to block youtube access. But is not possible even I assigned to block 4 apps in Streaming & Midia (you can see in picture below).

 

 

Even selected those apps, still able to access on my Samsung TV (but If I triy to access youtube from my chromecast.. there is blocked...)

So from Samsung TV is not blocking correctly, can someone help with this issue?

 

Another isse is related if I watch for several hours youtube or other apps, the traffic usage doesn`t reflects to correct MB (or GB) usage. For example watched Youtube or Netflix for a several hours, which means at least more than 500 MB was used, but when you check... less de 50MB was used.

- Did you check the used network traffic in the Weekly Reports>Parental Controls?

-Can you send me some screenshots of the Parental Control Ranking by Time and Traffic?

(You could add these two pictures together with the APP log.)
