Model: Archer AX3000
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Its really random, my laptop was connected to it, then it just cuts me off, it doesn't disconnect my laptop but just drops the bar to 2 bar and just not work. This would be the issue for 1 mins and then the laptop auto disconnects and when attempting to reconnect, I just couldn't.

My other devices that is connected still works, like my phone, the printer,tv etc all works fine. Any idea what to do?

Hello @SamYeo ,

Welcome to our community.

Can the laptop be connected to the router via cable? If yes, test the wired connection for a try.

Please enable the guest network for the laptop.

Have you been able to check the wireless settings of the laptop? The wireless connection may be disconnected due to a setting on your laptop. It's best to consult your laptop support team to check the settings.
