Hi, My unit is sealed and brandnew, I also sent an email for tplink support, I am having problem binding it to my tplink account, I already tried ressetting it even it is brandnew, Also I cant find a manual firmware update download. It say's go to unit region for firmware download. but when i go to US site no BE220 available only BE230, But when I go to TP link site PHI, there's a model for BE220 but when openling the link only BE230 demo and no download link available. Hope you could help, My only option i manual firmware update, Because my tplink are having trouble to connect to the tpserver, always failed,

Please let me know if you have correctly reset the router: Press and hold reset button for about 10 seconds until the Power LED blinks to reset the router to its factory default settings.

 

Did you buy the router in your local store?

If it is the US version, you can download the firmware here: Archer BE220(US)_V1_1.0.4 Build 20250519

For the EU version, please refer to Archer BE220(EU)_V1_1.1.0 Build 20250718.

 

If you still cannot unbind the account, please take a photo showing the MAC address of Archer BE220 and proof of purchase. Then you can email support.forum@tp-link.com, attaching [Forum ID 842084] and details, and we will have a dedicated person to help in analysis and follow-up.
