Hi all,

I have a set-up with 6 PX50 and 3 X50 PoE adapters. It is a large house, with a lot of concrete, so this is really needed unfortunately.

Everything was working, but yesterday the main Deco PX50 started showing a red light - it's next to the router. Internet is working.

However, I tried reinstalling but there are a lot of issues now:

- the 2 PX50 that came in the box with the main PX50 reconnect automatically after a reset, a very strange way: one of them has a green light, but there is wifi network on it - I know this because my phone next it shows a weak connection. one of them has a red light, and I am under the impression that it still shows the old netwerk, because with my phone next to it, it shows a strong connection. Very weird.

- the other PX50s and X50s cannot connect to the main deco anymore. I have reset and moved them next to the main deco in the basement, to no avail.

So the question: is is possible to do a full factory reset, as if everything came out of the box - I bought them about a year ago. Just pushing the resert button does not seem to clear everything.

Or another solution to try?

Many thanks

JP

  @David-TP in the end - it worked. It just took a day for the entire network to be deleted and replaced with the new one.

  @JWPi

Hi, have you tried to delete the previous Mesh network on the Deco APP first, then factory reset all the Deco units one by one?

How to delete a network on the Deco app- Case one

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.
