Model: Archer VX1800v
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 0.13.0 2.0.0 v6092.0 Build 240925 Rel.11089n

Topology: VX1800v as main DSL router, ethernet backhaul Easy Mesh connection to AX53 V1 firmware V1.5.2 build 20250812 rel.87654.

Since creating the Easy Mesh network after a few days when logging in to the VX1800v GUI it comes up with the Error Code 9812.  I am unable to change any settings and have to reboot the VX1800v.  After a reboot the VX1800v GUI is ok and I can change settings however after a few days the error happens again.

This only happened when I created the Easy Mesh network, before this I used the AX53 as an access point connected via ethernet to the VX1800v and did not experience the error code 9812.

Is there a firmware update coming as there have been no updates since 2024-10-23?

  @Joseph-TP

The same issue is happening to myself. VX1800v is the Eashmesh master with 3 x AX55 used as satellites. Issue started with version 0.13.0 2.0.0 v6092.0 Build 240925 Rel.11089n

Device connectivity works but any mesh related administration will not function until a reboot of which issue is resolved but appears only hours later

Hello @muddling ,

Thanks for contacting our community.

Have you created the EasyMesh network via Ethernet backhaul between the main router and satellite routers?

If you disable EasyMesh, will the error code no longer appear?

To help you efficiently, I've forwarded your case to the TP-Link support engineers, who will reach out to you using your registered email address later. Please keep an eye on your email inbox for follow-up.
