...I have a problem, I have been using 4 Deco M9 Plus devices for some time and I have an internet quality issue on the first floor. Can I connect 2 or 3 devices via a switch using a wired connection, and will those three devices work better?

Ethernet Backhaul usually works better than WiFi Backhaul.
