From a previous check carried out by your technicians, they noticed that in the file that configures the fan, fan_control.json, the temperature was set too high. As a result, we decided that they would create a firmware to correct this problem. Since then, I have been waiting. Is it possible that the timelines for fixing this issue are biblical? I am waiting for someone to help me understand where the problem lies. By correcting this issue, the product's lifespan would be extended, and consequently, its operability as well (the problem lies in the Wi-Fi area, which overheats the board, resulting in a decrease in performance. Moreover, I've run out of available GB for testing and had to activate another offer. Now, who will compensate me for all this lost time?).
