Deco x50-5g overheating
I am rewriting this post because the issue of high temperature has not been resolved. Due to this problem, the modem is not working well. From a previous check carried out by your technicians, they noticed that in the file that configures the fan, fan_control.json, the temperature was set too high. As a result, we decided that they would create a firmware to correct this problem. Since then, I have been waiting. Is it possible that the timelines for fixing this issue are biblical? I am waiting for someone to help me understand where the problem lies. By correcting this issue, the product's lifespan would be extended, and consequently, its operability as well (the problem lies in the Wi-Fi area, which overheats the board, resulting in a decrease in performance. Moreover, I've run out of available GB for testing and had to activate another offer. Now, who will compensate me for all this lost time?).

Hi, thank you very much for your time and patience.
I consulted the senior engineer about the previous escalation case, and he promised to check the progress of the beta firmware and update the email as soon as possible.
Really sorry for the inconvenience.
Best regards.

here are the logs. And I'm having constant disconnect, buffering issues every day.
I have latest firmware 1.3.1.
It is placed on flat surface. And at a cool environment.
The values are in Celcius degree.

@Alpcan1 actually, I have exactly the same issue, however, with x3000. It started constantly rebooting, a few times per day. Additionally, I can see the same things in the logs. It looks like it started after the latest firmware had been installed.
