Can’t accept terms on app
I can't beyond th welcome page of the app. I press the button to accept the terms and nothing happens.

On a PC you need to use a web browser to access the web interface of the RE220. (which is my preferred method anyway, as the Tether app is somewhat limited)
To do that connect the PC to the wireless network of the RE220 and then in the web browser enter the address http://tplinkrepeater.net or http://192.168.0.254 .

Hi,
Somehow the "Terms of use" section is completely missing from your screen, but it is necessary to tick it in order for the "Continue" button to become active.
I see there is an "Accessibility" icon shown near the upper right of your screen. Are you using some sort of text upsizing or other assistive feature that might have an affect on the layout of the content on the screen? If yes, then could you switch it off for a test?

Please temporarily turn off the VPN, and close the App completely. Then try to log in the App again.
If it doesn't work, try installing the App on a different client.

thanks for the ideas. I haven't changed anything in the accessibility section. I tried it without the vpn and that didn't work either.

i cant access the app on my pc and still cant use the phone one no matter what I try. So I have spent money on a range extender that I cannot use

Hi @Island-network ,
As Woozle mentioned, you can log in to the Tether App via phone or Pad.
On the PC, you can only access the extender via a Web browser using its IP address or domain name.
