Hello,

 

My device Ax3000 dual band wifi6 range extender has stop working. Only the power light is on. I cannot rest the device. I have pushed te rest button for 10sec - no light are blinking.

 

Solution please ?

if only the power LED stays on and reset doesn’t respond even after holding for 10 seconds that usually means the firmware is corrupted and the device is stuck in boot stage it’s not something you can fix with normal reset you can try one last thing which is a recovery via TFTP but that requires setting up a pc with static ip and serving the correct firmware file if you are not familiar with that the practical solution is replacement because the unit is effectively bricked

If it is a range extender, you should reset it as follows: With the power on, use a pin to press the reset hole for 1 second.

If it doesn't help, please get in touch with local support for help.
