Almost every day we loose internet connection on the network, eventhough the Deco report says everything is OK and our ISP Modem shows it is connected.  I'm thinking it must be that the lease on everyhting is being renewed - tho it dosn't show that happening.  Is there a way to get the lease renewal to happen in the middle of the night rather than at 10:30 in the morning? Or does anyone have any suggestions on what else might be happening? (It is likely every day if it is lease renewal; but I'm not home at that time everyday to check)

The wifi staus is good, there is just no internet - that is why it is so puzzling and annoying.  You'd think if it was lease renewal that the wifi would drop out.  We see it on a windows computer and a Motorola phoneat the same time (with dta turned off) .  My Pixel phone just switches to the cell network and uses data so I don't notice it if I'm not at my computer.

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

If you have enabled DOH/DOT, please try to disable it first.

Please also turn off "EasyMesh" if it is not in use.

 

And a new 1.7.1 firmware was released a few days ago for Deco X50-V1.

Deco X50(EU)_V1_1.7.1 Build 25080612

It is suggested to update to the latest firmware to test the network stability.
