ACL issue on Archer C24
Hi,
I have an ACL issue with my router Archer C24. When I enable the ACL on the main router and change the other Archer C24 router to extender mode, the other router does not work because the ACL is enabled on the first router. When the ACL on the first router is enabled, then the other router can work in extender mode. Can anyone help me understand the reason for this issue?

Hi,
Are you saying you have access control by whitelist enabled on the main router, so that only client devices in that whitelist are able to access your network?
Conventional Wi-Fi range extenders use more than one MAC address (hardware MAC address and virtual MAC address). One of them is usually shown in the client list of the main router, but the other is not. You will need to find out what that other MAC address is and then add that to your access control whitelist as well.

Hello@Rasko ,
Do you mean that the satellite router can only work in range extender mode when ACL is disabled on the main router?
Please take screenshots with the error message if you can record it.
In addition, have you tried a different mode on the satellite router? Can it get a network normally?
