Model: Deco BE65 Pro
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Is it possible to create a second local network using the BE65 pro as a router? For example I would like all my home devices (TVs, phones, gaming consoles etc...) on say 192.168.1.0/24 but all my work devices and my home server on say 192.168.2.0/24. I cannot seem to find any way to do this in the deco app and this is a very fundamental function of a router so if it couldn't do it I would be surprised. Oh and before you answer guest network and IoT network, that isn't really what I'm asking for, those "separate" networks are actually still on the same local network they just have different SSIDs but share a broadcast domain.

Hi, thank you very much for your time and patience.

I'm afraid Deco doesn't allow setting different IP ranges for each SSID.

You could consider our business access points:

Thanks a lot.

Best regards.

Need help with the Deco app, setup, Ethernet backhaul, network switch or rolling back firmware? Router or AP mode? https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/699816?page=1
