Archer AX11000 v2 Connection Issue After 2.2.1 Upgrade
We recently upgraded to version 2.2.1 Build 20250725 rel.9119(4555) which has caused connection problems to our databases, where we can connect fine initially, but if idle for a short time we can no longer connect, with the only resolution we have found to restart the router. We haven't experienced problems with any other type of connection.
We have seen a beta version mentioned but we are struggling to find it. Please can we have access to this so we can give it a go before reverting back.
Thanks

If any experiences a similar problem, we have found disabling / enabling 'Infected Device Quarantine' under Home Care while connecting allows us to connect temporarily.

We have restored back to factory, but have applied the same update, as we had a couple of new settings enabled. We have resolved the problem by:
Authorize 3rd party Services - No
Home care - there are 3 settings under 'Antivirus' which are off by default. This seems to be the route cause of our problems as we had them enabled. Disabling these settings resolves the connection issue completely. But we have found these settings to work, but other combinations don't.
Malicious Content Filter - NO
Intrusion Prevention System - YES
Infected Device Quarantine - NO
On the previous firmware we had the settings set to:
Malicious Content Filter - NO
Intrusion Prevention System - YES
Infected Device Quarantine - YES
Which worked so we think changes have been made where the router is seeing our outbound connections as malicious.

Hello @jajames16694 ,
Welcome to our community.
When the internet drops, have you checked the Internet LED status? Will it turn red?
Do all clients lose network? Or only specific clients?
Please check if you can see any any interception records? Take screenshots of these records.

Hi Joseph,
No everything looks normal, and all other connections work OK. So we can SSH / FTP etc to the same servers without any disruption, but our DB connections on 3306 get block after we make a single DB update.
We've tried other laptops which can connect while another laptop is blocked, which then also gets blocked a few minutes later, so its not blocked across the entire network its device specific, but every device that connects eventually gets blocked.
Since disabling the anti virus features this morning we've experienced no problems since, and the DB connections are in constant use.
Thanks

Sorry, we did check the logs but nothing interesting captured. We do see parental controls periodically in the logs even though this shouldn't be active for us, it doesn't appear to be from the interface but maybe its used for other services.
Thanks
