EAP215 Bridge - does it provide own wifi or is AP needed

This is hopefully a simple 2 part question.
GOAL: Add wifi to an outbuilding approximately 300 feet away.
SETUP: I have a EAP215 kit which is now paired and appears to be running properly per the web GUI and the IOS app. The main building (house) has a Deco mesh system running.
I plan to attach the EAP215 Main unit to one of the Deco unit lan ports via CAT6. The main EAP will then be mounted facing the outbuilding and the client EAP.
My first question is; does the EAP215 broadcast it's own wifi signal on the client side or do i have to add a standard AP, such as a TP EAP225, to generate a usable wi-fi signal? Part B to this question is; since the 215 only provides 5Ghz, would it be viable to add the EAP225, to enable the 2.4Ghx band which i need for cameras and a thermostat?
Second question; As the EAP215 is acting as a bridge, coming off the Deco mesh system, will it broadcast the same SSID as the Deco system emanating from the client side EAP215 or it's own SSID?
Anything else related to this would be helpful.
