Today, I've changed my dns settings to AdGuard DNS in modem interface. Then several times in today approx.  every 10 minutes modem restarted itself with factory settings. I've contacted with my national customer service. They said update your firmware to last version and i did. But my trouble still go on and i don't know why this happened to me.

Hello @Erewhon,

Welcome to our community.

May I know why you set the modem's DNS server to AdGuard DNS? Can you still log in to the modem's web interface? If yes, please change DNS to google DNS:8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

If it doesn't work, please hard reset it as follows:

Press and hold down the reset button for 10 seconds to reset the modem router to factory default settings.

Then configure the modem again.
