In 2021 my ISP installed the internet service using a router called aircube or something like that. Do stream from it was a small 8 port to link switch and 4 decos. Last year they changed the aircube for a to link AX1500 and everything was fine until a few weeks ago when my deco network started failing. It would stop giving its wireless clients internet and the lights on top of the decks started blinking red. I would somehow restart the decos, the tplink switch and/or the ax1500 and it would all start working again. 
 

5 days ago or so the deco network stopped working again, I've reset everything multiple times and nothing works. 
 

what I've tried:

 

1. I've unplugged all other decos and worked only with the main unit. 
2. The main deco starts orange and then blinks blue waiting for a connection. 
3. The ax1500 has internet because if I connect directly to it I have web access. The ax1500 also serves the tplink switch. 
4. The tplink also has internet because aside from serving the decos it serves a few other devices directly such as a PlayStation amd those have web access. The problem seems to be with the main deco that simply doesn't get web access. I can connect to its network but have no web access. The deco app shows the m5 as not being connected. 

any suggestions pls

Were the 4 decos also provided by your ISP?

If the main Deco is blinking blue now, it seems like this Deco has been reset into configuration mode. Have you tried to set it up again on the Deco APP?

Usually, its LED status should be either solid green(online and working well) or solid red(disconnected).

Since there is already a DHCP router, it is also suggested to set Deco into Access Point mode:
