That sounds frustrating, especially since the issue has been there from day one. It might not always be the router itself causing the dropouts, so it’s worth checking a few things. Try connecting a device directly to your modem (bypassing the BE550) to see if the connection remains stable. If you still notice interruptions, that would point to a possible issue with your internet service rather than the router. If the direct connection is stable, then it’s good to check a few settings on the BE550 make sure you’re running the latest firmware (which you mentioned you are), disable any custom DNS or security filtering features temporarily to test, try changing the wireless channel or using a fixed channel instead of Auto. Also, if you can, check the system log on the router right after a dropout happens - it can give some clues about whether the WAN link is disconnecting or if it’s only the wireless that’s dropping
