Based on your description, it sounds like there may be intermittent connectivity issues between your router and the Aqara hub, which could be caused by physical connection problems, network settings, or router configuration.  To troubleshoot this, please try the following steps:

1.  Check the Ethernet cable and connections: Ensure the Ethernet cable connecting your Aqara hub (if wired) and your router is securely plugged in.  Try using a different Ethernet cable to rule out cable issues.

2.  Test your Internet connection: Connect a computer directly to your router or modem to verify that your Internet connection is stable and working correctly.

3.  Adjust router port settings(optional): Log in to your router's web management interface.  Go to Advanced > Network > Internet > Internet Port Negotiation Speed Setting, and set the speed to "100Mbps Full Duplex" or "1000Mbps Full Duplex".  This can help resolve compatibility issues with certain devices.
