Hi, I would like to enable the Eco mode on my EX75 pro to use the night time wifi off.

The mesh network is only this having the 3 satellites from the XE75 set I bought.

Latest firmware, latest app, restart, but still no eco mode in the app.

 

There is a TP-link switch (TL-SG1016PE) in the network. could that be an issue?

• Eco Mode Availability: The Eco Mode feature is not available on all Deco models or firmware versions. If you do not see the "ECO Mode" menu in the Deco app (under MORE > ECO Mode), it means your current Deco model or firmware does not support this feature yet.
• Firmware and Updates: Even with the latest firmware and app, some Deco models may not have received Eco Mode support. Please continue to check for firmware updates in the Deco app, as TP-Link may add this feature in future releases.
• Network Devices: The presence of a TP-Link switch (such as the TL-SG1016PE) in your network does not affect the availability of Eco Mode. This feature is determined solely by the Deco model and its firmware.

What you can do:
• Keep your Deco app and firmware up to date.
• Periodically check for updates that may add Eco Mode support to your model.
• If you want to control Wi-Fi schedules, you may look for alternative options in the Deco app, such as Wi-Fi scheduling under Wi-Fi settings, if available.

Note: If the "ECO Mode" menu does not appear in your Deco app, your current Deco model may not support this feature yet. Please pay attention to firmware updates in the Deco app.
