Issue with paid security app flagged guest access which I had never created one.
Never ever created a guest access account, and paid for tp link security app and had good time with no issues until last month. Shortly after the last update for the first time it kept saying warning guest access open? I had never used this feature nor intended to. I tried several things like clear CASHE, reset hardware, and even reinstalled app. But it kept flagging this issue which wasn't even used. So i tried and created one and turned it off. I truly wanted to delete it from the app or my account. I had emailed support several times over the past 3 weeks and cannot get any help or anyone who has any technical knowledge to why this happened and how to delete guest access like it was in the first place never setup. So after getting emails saying basically same thing, with no answers I asked them why pay 40 dollars a year for software that is a major glitch and aked them for the trouble and no help to offer me an extension with the security app, but nope they said no. This has really takened my respect, trust, and safety from tp link. I had never an issue with Orbi router systems and this security software was included. So if they cant answer this issue in a timely manner nor offer any comp for my concerns and time spent has me thinking Orbi next time and most likely soon. I was really happy with this sytem but support is horrible and very non helpful or wanting to do any comps for time and troubles with their apps and programs. Im just dissapointed and willl leave this review under several reviews sites like google, reddit, and on here.
