Model: Deco XE75 Pro
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 Build 20250721 Rel. 8514

Hi I have a problem, several weeks ago I noticed a problem watching videos on YouTube. I have a 1gb connection and I didn't have this kind of problem. I have also noticed that when downloading or updating applications in the Google play store it does not download and I have to switch to mobile data to be able to download without problem.

I have already restarted the devices, I have also left them to their factory state and I have even created a new network and I continue to have this problem.

Someone who has any suggestions about it. I'll be grateful.

@Sleater14 Thanks to the technical support of tp-link France I have been able to find a solution and it was to use Google's public DNS (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4) so I am happy about that.
