4. Dual-band connection: Make sure your router supports 5GHz and that your adapter is connected to the 5GHz band, as you mentioned.

5. Router wireless settings: Try changing the Wi-Fi channel on your router. For 5GHz, recommended channels are 36, 40, 44, or 48. For 2.4GHz, use channels 1, 6, or 11. This can help avoid interference from neighboring networks.
