Hi

When device factory resets, it's default (and only) xDSL interface have CWMP flag.

After connection is established, it get IP address from DHCP server, but CWMP flag in list of bindings is lost. Which consequently removes that interface from CWMP settings and switches CWMP interface to disconnected Eth WAN interface.

Basically it does not connect to our GenieACS after xDSL interface is connected, we have to manually use web gui to activate CWMP on default DSL interface to make CPE connect to our ACS.

We tried same thing with Eth WAN interface, same thing happens. Eth WAN interface have CWMP checkmark in binding, once it connects to network, CWMP checkmark is gone.

We also have some issues with creating interfaces via TR069 but I will make separate thread for that

Could you help us with CWMP?

Thank you

Regards,

Domagoj

Hi  @Joseph-TP

Thanks for response

I didn't buy it from ISP, but instead from middle man company who purchased it from ISP.

I don't have any other way of getting support.

And it's not used on ISP xDSL line but instead on client's location where client have his own DSLAM's.

While I can understand your point, it's weird you don't have generic firmware for device.

Domagoj

Hi@Domagoj ,

Thanks for getting back to me.

Customized products from different regions may have different features, which is why we don't provide a universal firmware.

So, we recommend you contact local support, or you can consult the product's technical support through the middleman.
