cant acces to the router interface
Hello,
I’m currently unable to access the web interface of my TP-Link Archer VR300 modem. I’ve tried the default gateway addresses (192.168.1.1 and 192.168.0.1), but neither works. I’ve tested both wired and wireless connections, restarted the modem, and cleared my browser cache, yet the problem persists.
I can connect to the modem, but I can’t access the internet or reach the management interface. Could you please help me determine what might be causing this issue or suggest any recovery steps?
Thank you in advance for your support.

As a supplement, please unplug the Ethernet cable from the WAN port. Then, hard reset the VR300: Press and hold down the reset button for about 2 seconds to reset the modem router to factory default settings.

Please try to log in to the web interface again.
If it still doesn't help, please contact your local support for further assistance.

Try the http://tplinkmodem.net/ while connected to the modem (wired or wireless).
If this still doesn't work, you may need to reset the VR300 to its factory defaults and reconfigure from scratch.
If after resetting you still can't access VR300 WebGUI, contact your local support for further assistance.
