After a year and a half of use with no issues, our router has simply stopped working with nothing but an orange light on now. I've tried hard resetting the device and connecting to the router by manually entering its SSID, but no device I have can view the network and the orange light persists. I cannot access the router portal by IP and don't know how I can troubleshoot this issue. Is there something I can try or does this mean the router is cooked?

Hi,

 

If you've only got one orange LED and not other lights, then browse to this article https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/1482/ and click on "Method 2. Rescue the TP-Link Archer AX Router when it bricked".

 

Maybe you can recover your AX3000 by following the steps described in that article.
