Model: Deco M4   Deco XE75
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have a mesh network, XE75 (main) and 3 M4R.

I'm running some speed/connectivity tests, I can turn off some of the M4R but thedeco app display messages saying some devices are not detected which is correct, but it's on purpose.

Is there a way to set a status like "suspended" or something similar to those devices, to avoid these messages? (and prevent client to connect to suspended devices)

Also, when a device is not detected did this cause any issue to the mesh (besides less devices in the mesh accepting connections of course)?

Hi, thanks for your time and patience.

I'm afraid that unless you manually remove this "offline" satellite Deco, there will always be an error notice that a certain Deco is offline.

If there were an offline Deco in the Mesh network, certain features might be "hidden" on the Deco App, such as "Change Network Owner"

How to change the owner account on Deco APP

Best regards.
