Hi, 

My DECO stop working, previously working well.

When i check the DECO LED remain yellow all the time.

Hi, can I have the firmware version of your Deco E4?

If you factory reset the Deco by holding the reset pinhole for 1s, will the LED status change to blinking blue?

By the way, may I know how long you've had the Deco?
