Hello @kakek ,
Welcome to our community.
For your case, here are some troubleshooting steps that may help you:
1) Open the Tether app, go to MORE > Block List, make sure the specific device is not mistakenly blocked.
2) Login the web management interface of the router, go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings, disable the "Smart Connect".
3) Change the encryption method into "WPA2-PSK/WPA-PSK" to improve compatibility with older devices.
4) For Wi-Fi 7/6E/6 routers, switching the "Wireless Mode" to an older standard may improve compatibility with legacy devices.
5) Update the driver or system of the client device.

The issue of some devices being able to connect while others cannot seems to be associated with either the AX55 compatibility or its network settings. Wi-Fi standards differences (2.4GHz vs 5GHz), device drivers, or even security settings such as WPA3 vs WPA2 can cause connectivity issues. Besides, looking for firmware updates, restarting, or resetting network settings usually resolves the problem.

Ensure your router’s firmware is up to date before changing advanced settings, as outdated firmware can cause unexpected behavior. If you’re experiencing connectivity issues, check the logs for errors after applying changes and consider testing one setting at a time to isolate the root cause.
