Deco x50 Refund Issue
I'm from Bangladesh, i bought deco x50 (2 pack) from india. After setup i realised that firmware is missing channel selection option. I contact the local support team and their reply is they can't refund for that product which they didn't import whether i thought tp link is a global brand & its refund or replace policies are same as the other router companies. I can't fly back to india for refund or replace, fun part is its cost me more than the price of this useless router.
Please tell me how could I get back my money.
I don't wanna use any tplink product after this harassment.
It's really annoying you people sell a product but not taking any responsibility and playing like word games.
Give me a solution to throw out this tplink product from my house and get back my money which is this company scammed from me.
