I'm from Bangladesh, i bought deco x50 (2 pack) from india. After setup i realised that firmware is missing channel selection option. I contact the local support team and their reply is they can't refund for that product which they didn't import whether i thought tp link is a global brand & its refund or replace policies are same as the other router companies. I can't fly back to india for refund or replace, fun part is its cost me more than the price of this useless router.

 

Please tell me how could I get back my money.

I don't wanna use any tplink product after this harassment. 

 

It's really annoying you people sell a product but not taking any responsibility and playing like word games. 

 

Give me a solution to throw out this tplink product from my house and get back my money which is this company scammed from me.

HI, the local service center is responsible for the administration and service of all warranty claims. Basically, all local warranty policies highlighted that TP-Link is not responsible for International Warranty Service. The warranty service is only valid for all eligible TP-Link products that are purchased from the local market.
The community support team cannot provide any alternative workarounds or solutions beyond the scope of this policy.

I can understand that my money is wasted on this useless deco x50 router, from the last night i started to use my old router netgear R1620 which has channel selection option and its working fine. I just want to say stop this fraud business & grabbing money feom the people by scam.

I don't know why unprofessional behaviour they kept showing. If you people not going to provide support for perticular product then why you don't roll out deco x50 from the market. Its not effecting inly one oe two person now its getting worst. The discussion and effort becoming waste. Either you tell us the solution or the process of refund.
