Incorrect Device password
Hi
Starhub technician just installed the tp-link Aginet on 12 Nov 2025, BE18000 Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi 7 AP, Model: HB710(SGSH) Ver: 1.0.
The only password I was given was the Wireless Password which is also printed on the device label.
When I login to the Aginet app, I created a different password for my login.
When the Aginet app asked for Device password, I keyed in the Wireless password, Error: incorrect.
Starhub helpdesk adviced that it could be my old wifi password, Error:incorrect.
I also keyed in the Aginet app login password, which is also incorrect.
How do I get the correct Device password? The technician said it is the wifi password but it is incorrect.
