Latest version of firmware for AV1000 Gigabit Powerline
Hi, wanting to make sure I have latest version of the firmware for my powerline.
tpPLC app says 3.2.4_75E12_211102_901, but I am not sure when that's from (no reference to it on the support site). And latest version there seems to be TL-WPA7517(UK)_V2_1.0.10 Build 220701
Is this correct? Has it not been updated in over 3 years, or do I have a later custom version. This was purchased in the UK from John Lewis.
Thanks!

Hi,
Normally the build number represents a date code in the format YYMMDD. (in your case 2021-Nov-02 and 2022-Jul-01)
The version reported by the tpPLC app is from the firmware of the Powerline adapter, while the web interface (http://tplinkplc.net or IP address) reports the firmware version of the Wi-Fi AP. (the TL-WPA7517 being a 2-in-1 device)
To check whether the Wi-Fi AP part is already on the latest version 1.0.10 Build 220701 just log into the web interface and go to the Firmware Upgrade menu.

Great, thx @woozle. Yeah, looks like I am on the lastest build (1.0.10 Build 220701 Rel.65093n) Thanks for the help!
Too bad it hasn't been updated in over 3 years though!
