Hello,
I was using for years a deco mesh network with 3X Deco x60 nodes and connection oreference option was available. I added later on another 2 nodes (deco x50) and I realised the feature is missing now.
Not sure if is related to the added nodes but after the change I updated also the nodes to the firmware verison 1.6.1.
so any solution please?

Yes it "might" be added to the firmware at a latter date as for a time frame on when it could be added no one knows. As for how to find which deco is on what firmware try the following
1, Log into http://tplinkdeco.net/webpages/index.html
2. Now click Advance > System > Firmware upgrade > Look at the bottom you will see a list off all your decos and what firmware version of each deco is :)

its me again! :)
to be able to use the features:
Connection Preference:
- setting a preferred Deco for satellite Deco(also called Signal Source)
- setting a preferred Deco and wireless band for mobile clients
all my deco X60 must be at version 4.2? or a mixing of 4.2 and 3.2 is still possible? (I understood that feature is not availableon V2, but is it available on 3 or 3.20?
