I setup as new network

 

Before setup

connect the deco x50 with existing router LAN port

 

during setup

all selected as recommended or default value

 

After setup

changing the router mode to access point mode. And reboot

 

Then use the phone to connect to the new network. cannot

 

There is smart DHCP

error message included

- connection failed (when off)

- cannot get IP address (when on)

 

Deco X50 status light is solid green. i notice the Deco X50 cannot get internet IP. I used the phone to connect to the existing router. No such issue.

 

in the deco app, X50 shows "Online". Then I try to use a PC to connect the New network. PC can connect. But no internet access. I used the PC to connect to the existing router. No problem. 

 

Any suggestion?

Hi, can I have the model number of the ISP router(DHCP router)?

 

Did it help if you tried to reserve an IP address for the main Deco X50 on the ISP router?
