Deco X80-5G dead after power surge
Building work in another room dripped wet plaster into a socket on the same ring as our X80-5G. The RCD for the sockets tripped, but now our X80-5G cannot be powered on: no lights show.
Given that they are so sensitive, I recommend a surge protector.

Hi, have you tried to factory reset the Deco by holding the reset pinhole for 1s to see whether the Deco responds to the hardware reset?

If there is a spare power adapter(12 V/4 A), please also change the power adapter in case the power surge only broke the adapter
